An informal half day workshop focused on evaluating and planning for voluntary organizations, with the primary objective being to guide these organizations in assessing their current standing and determining their future direction.
The workshop aims to achieve this by:
- Helping organizations understand the concept and importance of evaluation.
- Aiding in the clarification of organizational aims.
- Reviewing current performance against these aims.
- Analysing problem-solving and complaint-handling processes.
