This training pack aims to help volunteers build confidence and increase self-esteem.
The objectives are to define confidence and self-esteem, identify confident people, measure current confidence levels, discuss the benefits of increased confidence, understand and overcome negative thoughts, identify other barriers to confidence, put the theory into practice, and create a plan for continued growth.
