Overview
The training session is designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of assertiveness. Participants will begin by defining assertiveness, distinguishing it clearly from passive and aggressive behaviours, and reflecting on their own past experiences in this context.
The session will culminate in opportunities to practice assertiveness in various realistic scenarios, enabling participants to apply their learning and build confidence in their ability to communicate assertively

- have defined assertiveness – what it means
- have defined assertiveness – what it means
