Overview
Many organisations are now involving volunteers more and more and increasingly in varied and complex roles. The involvement of volunteers can have a huge impact on the staff who are going to be working alongside them.
Whether volunteers are being involved in the department, section or group that staff manage or simply into the area where they work, this course will help them consider some of the issues – challenges and benefits – and how to get the best out of the relationship for all concerned.
This is approximately a half-day training session for all staff members who are or will be working alongside volunteers.
