The packs are easy to use and are suitable not only for the absolute beginner but also for the more experienced trainer, who will appreciate the time saved in preparation, while leaving them scope to add their favourite training activities. The packs are not prescriptive and are designed in a way that allows the trainer to use their own skills, special subject knowledge and creativity to ensure the training is uniquely theirs.
